GAME won't be selling Mass Effect 3
More stock problems for the retailer as it misses out on EA big hitter

GAME and Gamestation won't be selling Mass Effect 3 in March, the retailer has confirmed.

The news follows a tip we received this morning from an anonymous source supposedly employed by the retailer, who told us GAME wouldn't be selling any EA titles in March.

The source cited "commercial reasons" for the move, presumably referring to GAME's ongoing stock issues related to credit insurance problems.

GAME said in a statement: We currently have a supply issue with regards to Mass Effect 3, which means that GAME and gamestation will not be able to fulfil orders for Mass Effect 3 at this time. We want to give customers as much notice about this as possible and provide them with a range of options ahead of launch.

More to follow...

Wow. And that's the sort of title I'd pre-order with GAME. Though in the last year HMV have been a lot cheaper on release day for these big titles. Not having a title that is a guaranteed big sell for release day is surely a sign things aren't going to last. Fingers crossed they pull back, I do like having them in town!

I had the Collector's Edition preordered at GAME now I'll have to be doing some running around next week to find a copy since no one else is taking CE preorders.

I wouldn't mind playing through ME2 again, but going back to ME1's combat system after playing ME2 would probably give me nerd rage.

I'm very thankful I 100%'d it before I started ME2.

Exactly why I'll never be getting 100% in ME1 Neato! Can't stomach it. 3 felt at least close to 2 from the demo, can't see myself falling out of love with 2 even if it becomes a little "retro" in comparison.
