well I'll start to run the first one in 2 weeks - 15 days time. (I'm in Spain for a week on Sunday) so that'll give me time to get a sign up going and for people to sign up.

I'd suggest posting a master roster list and event details in the
Community Game Nights board. I'll sticky it and make sure you have editing permissions so you can keep the first post updated with any relevant info (players, games, results, etc.).
Keep using this thread for ideas, discussion, whatever.
