Microsoft has officially announced that all future Microsoft Studios Xbox One exclusive releases will launch as a part of
Xbox Games Pass on release day. There’s no catch. You can play Sea of Thieves, Crackdown 3 and State of Decay 2 the
day they release if you subscribe to Xbox Games Pass. Microsoft has confirmed that future games from major franchises
like Halo, Gears of War and Forza will also included.

I redeemed my one month game pass code last night for Sea of Thieves and got an extra month for leaving auto-renew on, nice little bonus. State of Decay 2 is out around the time the two months runs out and i'll have enough Microsoft Rewards points then to get another couple of months so can play all these games without ever paying.   :)

Good work on that! I'm still on the fence about this, especially 'cause I'm still working through the backlog sitting on my shelf and in the external storage. Probably won't help that a few of the games that fit that category are in the 80-100 hour completion time range.

The majority of Xbox One games on the pass I either already own or I've already played so my backlog hasn't grown too much, i'll just play a few of the indie games (like Hue) and then play the big Microsoft releases while i've got the free months, probably just cancel it when I'm done with them then buy a code when Crackdown 3 and Forza Horizon 4 are added.

Been revisiting Mad Max recently. Despite being a bit sparse with some of that open wasteland, it's a damn good game with really satisfying combat.
