First goal of the World Cup was a beauty, great strike.

I'm sure I'll get annoyed with them after a while, but at the moment I really like the vuvuzelas, gives the game a good atmosphere :)

First goal of the World Cup was a beauty, great strike.

Indeed, and a pretty good pass too :)

And a great save just this second from Khune!

Great buildup play for the goal, he doesn't even look up before hitting it either, superb.

Mexico love having small keepers, only 5'8" this guy and nowhere near as cool as their most famous tiny goalie, Jorge Campos, who used to make his own shirts, shirts like these  :D

Campos was also only 5'8" btw, also scored around 40 goals in his career too.

Good first game, fantastic goal from Tshabalala (great name too!), deserved equalizer from Marquez.  South Africa look a handful but are awful at the back, same goes for Mexico.

Was a good opener. I thought France might struggle in this group (Which is not a hard group) but after watching  the 2 defences of S.Africa and Mexico, I think France should go through easy enough. I suppose we will know better after the next match tonight.
