Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin Coming to Xbox One, Xbox 360
Dark Souls II is headed to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next year, complete with DLC, a visual upgrade and a bunch of gameplay refinements.
Set for an April 2015 release, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will include The Lost Crowns Trilogy DLC, made up of Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King ans Crown of the Ivory King.
The new-gen versions of the game will also feature will updated visuals, rebalanced gameplay, a higher maximum number of players in online games, additional and more challenging enemies, a new NPC, "expanded lore" and new in-game events.
But it's not just Xbox One and PS4 owners that get in on the action. Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is also coming to Xbox 360 and PS3. It includes all the same stuff, minus the visual upgrade.
Existing owners of Dark Souls II owners will also receive the aforementioned gameplay improvements as part of a free patch.
