Yeah, that is part of the healing process. The top layer of your skin is dead at this point and is starting to peel away, bringing the ink in that skin with it. But the ink is deep enough that your non-dead skin will hold onto it just fine.

It looks good. 

I can confirm that the peeling is normal.  Just keep putting lotion on it.  The itching that will start around day 2/3 is the worst part of the whole process IMHO, because you can't scratch it.

too true...remember my back my driving me insane, had to put a cold flannel on it to help reduced the itching.
