kinect was worth every penny to me, absolutely blows the wii out of the water completely and some great innovative games coming soon from japanese (who else?) developers. the only ones who say kinect is crap, or that are unsure about it are those that either don't have or have never tried one.

The wii was sh*t.

Nintendo's new console will fail. Are those that were burned by the wii, who maybe even bought into wii motion plus, who see a new ds coming out every year or two really gonna buy YET ANOTHER games machine off nintendo? are those with a 360 or a ps3 gonna get one? i highly doubt it. It will sell, but i guarantee it won't sell well, mark my words.

It'll sell very well in Japan like all Nintendo consoles do and will probably do pretty well everywhere else but not as well as previous consoles and handhelds, no interest in it for me though, not been a fan of Nintendo since they screwed up the Gamecube a few years ago, great console that just wasn't pushed enough outside of Japan.

We'd get Shenmue 3 and Jet Set radio 2 and that'd be it.What more do ya need!
Dave I wasn't saying I hate Kinect ,I think of all the motion controls it has the most potential.I would love to see them introduce something like rumble gloves that would be awesome for something like Forza.Of course it was better than the wii's motion because it came after.I would just love  to see it put into better action than just sports novelty or ride the raft down the rapids kind of stuff.RTS games could be big again with Kinect so easily done.I want to love I really do.
Forgot to say as well that one area Kinect being hands free(so to speak!) can assist in is with players that don't have a certain amount of movement or dexterity. Not all players are able to use the controller as well as they would like due to certain conditions etc. So for it to be inclusive is only a good thing in my book. ;D

I sold all my old consoles, i only have a 360. I'd rather play something new and remember those old games with rose tinted glasses. Usually they aren't as good as we remember.
