Crackdown co-op was awesome, played quite a lot of it. As I've stated before, it is my favourite xbox game, I'm hoping they haven't changed it too much for the sequel.

It looks pretty much the same only now there are mutants in the game, i'm guessing it'll still rock.  :)

Has anyone played the demo? It feels very similar to the first, which is a very good thing. The voice over dude is f***ing annoying though, hopefully you can turn him off. I didn't get any of the available achievements in my half hour game.

Yeah but they only unlock when you play the full game.

Crackdown 2 unlocks Perfect Dark content
Agent 4 in Perfect Dark multiplayer: Find out how

Rare's announced some cross-IP marketing, offering a Perfect Dark unlock when you play Crackdown 2.

Sneakily, Perfect Dark already has a playable version of Crackdown 2's lead character 'Agent 4' nestled inside its code.

When the XBLA game detects Crackdown 2 save data on the 360 HDD, Agent 4 is unleashed as a playable bonus in all multiplayer modes.

So all you have to do is play a bit of Crackdown 2 and save your game. Sweet.

those scores are lower than i expected. I was expecting at least 9's. I will still buy it but i think i will wait a while now, too many games i haven't even started anyway.

Pretty much what I expected after playing the demo, good solid scores, though the 3/5 from Joystiq is a bit harsh.

I had this preorderd online.  For some reason GameStop occasionally offers discounts for online orders, but not in-store orders.  It's a shame because I really like my local GameStop store and its employees, but GameStop seems to be trying to put their own shops out of business.

Anywho ... I expect I'll receive Crackdown 2 in the post today or tomorrow.  Unfortunately I won't open it until I finish Transformers.

online has less overheads so i suppose that area can offer discounts.

theory; instead of offering 10% discount on online orders and no discount on shop orders, they could consolodate and have 5% off online and store orders.

I'm somewhat intrigued by Crackdown 2, there's practically not story but having a literal sandbox game to just f*ck around in doesn't seem so bad.
