Meh.

I don't care about the demo.  I've already preordered the game.

What I would like to know is if the playable Joker modes of the PS3 version will be released as DLC for the Xbox 360 version?

However, I'll wait for the reviews of the Joker modes before feeling bad about buying it on Xbox 360.

I think the Joker stuff will be available as DLC on 360 eventually, in a similar way to Soul Calibur, 360 had Yoda & PS3 had Vader, eventually they became available to both consoles.
Might depend on sales, if the 360 version shifts more units, as is normally the case for multi-platform releases, the developers might see sense & let the majority have the Joker modes, just a thought.

I would agree. The game will no doubt sell more copies on the 360, So I am sure that the Joker will be available for DLC.

The US PlayStation blog reports that the PS3 version of Batman: Arkham Asylum will unlock a Batcave personal space - i.e. apartment for your avatar - in PlayStation Home.

Screens show, well, a dingy cave with suits of armour and the threatening-looking Batwing and Batmobile lurking within.

However, as European Home users will be well used to by now, there's no confirmation that the promotion will appear on this side of the Atlantic yet.

The latest Home update on the European PlayStation blog mentions the new limited-access MotorStorm Sphere event space, but offers nothing on Batman.

Arkham Asylum will be released in two weeks' time, and the PS3 version already boasts an exclusive in the form of a playable Joker.

That's awesome.  Given, it's only asthetics and you can't use the gadgets, it's still pretty awesome.

Sony has been hitting this title full force for exclusive treatment.  It's nice seeing Sony flex their balls for once.
