Community VS - Halo: Reach
« on: May 20, 2011, 06:09:41 AM »
I know a similar community who are interested in finding some Halo players to play some pretend-competitive Halo: Reach.

They are a community of complete mixed ability(from Ninja to Bodga), we play every Thursday and we're thinking of some community on community love. Intercommunity Relations is always a good thing.

Nothing's set in concrete yet, i just wanted to see if anyone was interested in playing with me against them. It'll be a best of 5 Obj/Slayer mix and we'll play some Customs afterwards and some LAVA PIT!! ofcourse.

If your interested and we can get 6-8 (or even more) interested players who could make a Thursday evening from 8 or 9ish GMT. Then i will go ahead and make the magic happen.

Sounds fun.

I really enjoyed the few cross-community playdates we had a few years ago.  Sign me up.   :)

Okay, I'd join.  I can't commit to every Thursday, but I'll be free next Thursday evening.

They are a community of complete mixed ability(from Ninja to Bodga),...

??? What's a Bodga?

I'd give it a go Failed, but not every Thursday, and only if you all don't mind my complete lack of skill getting in the way!

Thank god for the new Tomb Raider, helped me de-stress after a tough week! More of the same please

It won't be every Thursday but it's 90% likely to be a Thursday.

Sounds fun.
I like my women how I like my coffee: ground up and in the freezer.

The doctors say his chances are 50/50... but there's only a 10% chance of that.

Is this the community where you are a sea monster, or a different one entirely?

The other community are really psyched for it, let's think of some dates and we'll nail together the details.

They can't do Monday or Tuesday's. We have our own thing Friday too.

I'm happy with Wed, Thu, Sat or Sun.
I'd prefer a Thu though.

What do you guys think?

I'd rather it be a week night for an hour or two, I like to have my weekends "free" so if, heaven forbid, I don't feel like playing Xbox I know I'm not tied in to anything... but tbh, I'll probably only play ocassionally as I suck at Halo, so it doesn't really matter.

Wednesday or Thursday (after 10pm GMT) works for me, but the timezones may be a problem to get everyone on board.

If we want to open the window for as many members to play, Saturday would probably be the best option.  Between 5pm - 1am GMT (12pm - 8pm EST).

Or we could make it an official community playdate and schedule it for Friday night?
