Wet sequel being considered
A2M has "built an iconic universe whose span is bigger than this first instalment."

Patrick Fortier, creative director of WET, suggests that the potential is there for a sequel.

"I think it's fair to say that we definitely built a very iconic universe whose span is bigger than this first installment," he says.

The potential is definitely there for a sequel - WET had a very distinct style and lots of awesome moments but also lacked polish and could do with the gameplay mechanics being tightened. What else would a WET sequel need?

Can't wait for Shenmue 3

I hate jokes that rely on visual imagery.

I've had it right up to here with them.

Take that stupid Rage mode out!!! It's just a way to avoid having to do decent graphics in hectic battle sequences... (much like the battle scene in the 2nd Lord Of The Rings movie when they used the rain to cover up the poor special effects), lazy bastards!!!

PS, I actually do quite like the game!

Thank god for the new Tomb Raider, helped me de-stress after a tough week! More of the same please

Yes, I just thought it was a cop-out to use the rain to avoid having to make the effects clearer. But then again I'm not a fan of the films anyway, not really my cup of tea!

PS - The Lazy bastards comment was more geared up to the Wet comment than the LOTR one

right, sorry mate.

I see where you're coming from but i suppose a battle that size with all those digital effects without the rain would look pretty crazy, at least it doesn't look as bad as the god damn awful Neo vs all the Agent Smiths scene in Matrix Reloaded, terrible.

No worries. :)

I can't remember that, I've done the sensible thing and wiped all memories of the 2nd and 3rd Matrix films from my brain  ;D

The only good thing in that gawdawful movie.

On a completely unrelated note, Bellucci should have been cast for the Wonder Woman movie.

According to the developers of 'Wet' the game is planned as a trilogy. The third and final game of the series will feature the voice and likeness of Marty Pellow and will be entitled 'Wet Wet Wet'.
