Gears of Stranglehold Devil May Cry?
Looks badass. :)
This game is getting a healthy amount of buzz, especially considering it's from the same studio responsible for the crapfest Rogue Warrior.
Konami's new IP, NeverDead, is more than a game where you can't die. Shinta Nojira, the game's producer, revealed some of the game's details at Konami's pre-E3 press conference. The game started out with a simple concept, a main character who was immortal. From there, the story evolved into what they have now.
NeverDead begins 500 years ago. Bryce, our anti-hero, was once a heroic demon hunter. A half-century ago he challenged the demon king and lost, losing his wife in the process. While this game is fundamentally a third-person shooter, it still has unique gameplay mechanics. For example, he can have his limbs shot off and not die. Then he'll pick them up, attach them, and be on his merry way.
Konami's "favorite band" Megadeth has written a song exclusively for NeverDead. Check out the E3 NeverDead trailer.
