A fun beat-em-up Mortal Kombat mod. Basically Streets of Rage / Final Fight in the Mortal Kombat universe. From what I can find, the creator doesn't have a site or blog. Just a forum post (http://www.totalmortalkombat.com/board/viewtopic.php?p=118260#118260) on a Mortal Kombat fansite.

The game uses 6 buttons :
Attack
Jump
Special
Uppercut
Blast kick
Escape move
don't forget to define the keys if you haven't
and better define like i suggested in "How to play"
Important:
If you hold a weapon and you stand over another weapon you can hit
the enemies with the "Uppercut" Button or "Blast kick" Button.
You can Throw the weapons away with "Escape? move" Button.
To make Boss-Fatalities or summon Smoke you must throw your weapon? first!
The move-list you can see in "move-list.txt" or
in "How to play" screen
