Ive just been playing with modding my xbox as its warranty is out, and so far i have come across some awesome ones online! Just seeing if anyone on here has any cool mods they'd like to share or any ideas on what i could do with mine. My favorite so far is below. Its a pc portable mod ....awesome, xbox on the move!

That's quite a project to take on. Just be sure to not sign into Xbox LIVE unless everything internal is official and wired correctly. The slightest change in current flow can trigger a ban.
Personally, the only 'mod' I've ever done was simply repair old broken consoles. Trying to change anything is too risky for me.
i can change the LED's in a pad to different coloured ones ... that is all.
