Would anyone be interested in trying to get the co-op achievements in GOW2. I know at the moment nearly everyone is concentrating on the Horde achievements, And after that I think we are trying for the L4D expert achievements. but after these is their anyone who fancies trying to get a few of these.
Yeah i'm up for that, i've done the first 2 Chapters on co-op with a mate but he doesn't go on it anymore, i don't mind starting again though.
What difficulty are you thinking of?
I also have done the first two chapters, So we would not have to start at the beginning. Not sure about the difficulty, Would it need to be the same difficulty as the chapters I have already done to get the achievements?

If you started on Insane then just continue with that difficulty, if you've already finished single player on all difficulties like me, then it wouldn't matter what difficulty you continued on, because then you're just going for co-op achievements.
I need Insane Achieve, but i ain't doing it alone, you'd have to be some sort of crazy fool to do it solo...

I alrready have the co op achievemnts as i played through it a couple of times with my wife. I need the insane achievements though i daren't try it on my own!

I'd be interested in going for the co-op achievements with anyone. I've never had anyone to play with, my wife only likes fighting games, but as you may have already worked out from my few online experiences I'm not the best GOW player. I've only completed the single player on the easiest mode ::)
We should try to get some co op going on during the week. I still havnt done Gears of War 2 on insane
I'm doing Gears 1 co-op atm so i can get the 'Can't Quit You Dom!' achievement.

I am still up 4 co op on gears 2 but it has to be on hardcore or insane, i have already finished it in co op on easy and normal with my wife.

We should really get this going instead of just talking about it. We need to pair up and then we can sort it amongst ourselves when both people are online, even if it's just a couple of chapters at a time.

I have no preference, but I've still to complete it on Normal yet (only done it on Easy so far). Probably be best if I play co-op on Hardcore rather than Insane, I'd probably just keep dying on the latter!!!

To be honest the hardcore idea might be better for me too. We did alright the other night, so shall we team up JT?

You should all do Insane on your own, it's not that bad!!!

I'm happy to team up and do it on Hardcore Red, I really don't think I'd be any good on Insane. I've no chance of getting every achievement on GOW2 anyway so I'm not too bothered if I don't get the Insane achievement.
Once I've finished it on Normal by myself I'll send you a message.
My problem is getting the time to play, I can't really play much in the week as I work night's, So my main option would be a saturday night, If any one want's to blast throught it on a couple of Saturday night's on either insane or Hardcore then let me know.
Dont bother with Hardcore its pointless. You can get all the points doing insane and the end boss wont be as difficult as Raam :D

What do you say JT? Shall we just go for insane? With your 7 days straight of Gears 2 you must be becoming a master by now! Plus if we get raped we can always turn the difficulty down.

I did a couple more chapters on Normal this morning before coming to work, I'm hoping I should have completed it on Normal by some time at the weekend.
Yeah we will get the hardcore chieve if we finish on insane. I haven't even finished one run through of the campaign yet! I'm about half way through act 3 on Normal. Not sure if I'll get it finished by the weekend. For a start my wife has claimed the TV for most of this evening. To be honest I'm not too bothered about finishing it if we're gonna do co-op. As long as one of us knows what we're doing. ;D
That's the only reason why I want to complete it first, so that I know what I'm doing, especially in the later chapters where it gets harder anyway.
I'll message you at some point at the weekend once I've finished it and then we can organise doing it co-op.

Insane isn't too bad to be honest, I was expecting it to be pretty difficult, there are a few hard parts of course, but it shouldn't cause anyone any major problems & with 2 of you doing Insane it'll be even easier.
