So im having a little bit of #firstworldproblems here. Ive been without an xbox for a really long time and im DYING to rip open all my new xbox games.

Now the opportunity has risen and my dad has asked me which xbox do I want. And i have NO clue (well sort of)
I really really really want that Star Wars Limited edition xbox, cause its so shiny *-* and the design is AWESOME
But i really really really want the Gears 3 one also, I dont LOVE Gears but i really really like the design..

I didnt know but ALL the LE xboxes have custom power on/eject sounds..I LITERALLY found out like 2 minutes ago and im flipping out cause of it *-*

I dont care about having an extra kinnect since i already have 2 that ive never used.

So, suggestions? Thoughts? or Should i just flip a coin or something?

I voted before I read your post - might have to change it now. I'd instantly pick the Gears one if I was getting a new console, but you seem a lot more into the Star Wars one. I love Star Wars, but I'm not that keen on memorabilia for it - so the console is not very appealing. Gears on the other hand, awesome all over.

So, whilst I wouldn't go for it, you do sound like you'd appreciate the Star Wars one a lot more.

I picked up the Gears edition Xbox last September. It was my 1st Xbox and I'm very happy with it. Hardly turned on my PS3 since!!
I like the design and the color. The pics don't do it justice! The silver trim with the dark red goes together nicely.
I must admit I'm a big fan of the Gears of War games but I didn't know anything about the games when I bought the console. I totally went for the design, color and the fact it had a 320gig hard drive. The sound effect with the console was just a bonus.  ;D

Since picked up the Gears of war edition triton surround sound headset also. What can I say I'm a sucker for detail  8)

If you equally like both designs (and custom sounds), I'd just go for that would look the best in your entertainment center.   8)

I say whichever you get, you should mod the case to include elements of the other design. Mash-it-up! ....or not..  :P

Gears of Star Wars

I have the Gears xbox but like the Star wars one, PLUS if you get the Star Wars one you will get Kinect with it :) so that to me sounds like a better deal

Yea.. i dont have a entertainment system..just a 20 yr old 20inch t.v and a dressmaker next to it LOL. and my consoles are stacked ontop of the T.V x3
