Another stallwart is Gears of War 2.Most love playing that (except me!) and occasionally Burnout Paradise,L4D,Call of Duty 4 etc.

You get xp for almost everything, you level really quick. I got 300xp twice because i had a supply drop which was defended by someone else, so i got xp for it ??
One game i got 2000xp and that was before i had even unlocked BootCamp.
i hope the leveling up is as easy as you say it took me foreever to level up on cod 4 still less than 30
This is all dependant on actually being any good at multiplayer of course!!!
you'll level up really fast early on because xp between levels will be small, it'll obviously increase as you get higher
that's an obvious one, but compared to CoD 4 you level much faster but isn't Prestige level 70 now ?
Yeah prestige is level 70. I played for near 4 hours and reached level 17. I have not even tried the single player yet, Loving the maps in multi-player, Will be online tonight, Then I'll be ready for Friday night with all my perks sorted out.
i'm only at level 6 so far, but i've only played for about half an hour or so, i'll most likely be abusing triple xp again on Gears 2 tonight in my quest to reach Level 50 :)
level 10, 1 hour. Wanted to see what customisable KillStreaks was like, 25 KillStreak for Tactical Nuke anyone ... although why it's called tactical who knows, patch it to tactless nuke.
Is it bad luck to eat a black cat on Friday 13th, one was gonna walk near me so i grabbed it and ate it up. Tasted like chinese food, but with less hair ??????

Unless you're me, I only average 2 kills every match so far, and about 15 deaths!!!

i don't think i will be as, like COD4, i'll most likely get bored of the MP pretty quickly, hopefully i'm wrong, it's a problem i have with FPS's, still after well over 10 years, for me nothing can compare to the MP on GoldenEye
stop living in the past, plus MW2 has a 3rd person mode which is pretty nifty.
Does anyone know if i can play splitscreen MP on a private match, my mate wants to join us tonight but doesn't have LIVE. If we can play splitscreen i'll be able to show him how good playing MP with you bunch of moaners is :P :P

i can't help it mate, this is what happens when you hang around with loads of Liverpool fans ;D
as for the splitscreen Private MP, not sure.
after reading some forum posts elsewhere, you can't have split screen online but like GoldenEye you can have 4 player local split screen

Upon first impressions,I don't really like the online MP. Might change my mind once I get into it.Also,what's with the bigger points scores?
I prefered it when you got 10 points a kill.Seems like you had to earn prestige.
That would be great if you could host. I have totally enjoyed multiplayer so far.

Thanks for the game last night. I had such a laugh and it was nice to see us winning on a public match for once. And a career highlight for me a snuck up behind dark and knifed him. This sort of thing only happens once in a life time lol
Thanks for the game last night people.Sorry had to cut short my stay but I had to be up early for work and I knew that Tommy would be up in the night.Talking of which,he fell off the setee last night and hurt himself and we had to k eep checking on him to make sure he was ok.He seems ok this morning.
It was also good to play with some old'uns again,Seagull,Nightcrawler etc. Thanks again!
Thanks for the games last night, it was a mixed bag for me, to begin with my connection kept playing up which has never happened the way it did last night, as for the game itself, most matches were fine but some were complete glitch fests which just pissed me off to no end.
Also the fact that i've only played a COD game online twice in 18 months didn't help, need to get used to it all over again :)
I also really enjoyed it. Shame I had to keep leaving to tend to Lucy. Who also decided she would stay up all night.
It was good to see Nightcrawler Seagul and Maib. Thank you for joining.
Sorry I did not stay around last night guys. Missed a good night by the sound of it. My head was banging all day, And just could not get myself in the mood, Could not even have a drink. If anyone is around tonight let us know. I hate missing game nights.
