The Mayor's declined the idea but Imagination Station Detroit has taken the idea and gone miles with it. Funding has been established and it looks like they've got more than enough to cover the expenses.

I know quite a few people that would pass out in fear simply from the lights going out. A lot of people are scared of elevators, with or without creepy ghost children.
