I stand by my review, it's a very good game and the graphics are by no means amazing, but they definitely aren't sh*t. I thought the graphics were actually quite good. I really enjoyed it, and i'm not good at first person shooters either. Oh well, sorry I recommended it marty thought you would like it.

Good man.  Not everyone will like every game.  That's just the way it is.

You and Failed did convince me to play it.  I will ... eventually.   ;)

Singularity is definitely on my list for games I'd snatch up for < $20.

I have played Singularity but rented it

I agree with the review Dfuss gave and the TMD device is a nice touch.

However I was disapointed in the game for a couple of reasons:

As JT pointed out the graphics are nowhere near as good as Gears, Dead Space etc and it does use the Unreal engine, it had a feeling of a game from about 4 years ago.

Movement, when walking through water it feels like you were walking through treacle, WAW and COD has water bits in it but the played does not slow down as much as they do in Singularity.

It has lots of elements of other games in it, as pointed out in the review, BUT it does not add anything nor do anything new with them, it has the feel "lets nick loads of ideas and stick them in a game to make it quick"

Story was ok but I thought the ending was very very disapointing almost like they just need to finish the game off quick and get it on the shop shelves.

Only played Multiplayer for a short time so wil not comment on that.
