Quitting smoking can be the most difficult but rewarding thing you can do for yourself.

However, for those that have a serious nicotine addiction and cannot kick the habit, you may want to look into "Electronic Cigarettes".



I know that sounds stupid, but they are a healthier alternative to actual cigarettes.  They still poison your body and mind with nicotine, but they don't produce smoke and tar that tobacco does.

Thanks Neato :) I will just give up without anything I have done it before and its a week now so I am sure I eill be fine

I hate jokes that rely on visual imagery.

I've had it right up to here with them.
