Acti officially unveils Blood Drive

Activision has confirmed plans to release Blood Drive for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Rumours of the game popped up earlier this month, and now it's official.

Blood Drive is set in a post-apocalyptic gladiator arena populated by zombies and armoured battle vehicles. As a contestant in a televised game show, you must engage in vehicular combat as you face off with different types of zombie, such as undead frat boys, cops, strippers and hen do attendees.

There are six environments and several drop-in, drop-out multiplayer modes for up to four players.

Activision has yet to announce an official release date, but the BBFC reckoned it would be out on 19th November.
