Oh. That's lame. I didn't realise you had to "join" this - just bought my new 12 month live membership last week. Wonder if I'll get anything for it!

I doubt it, I joined a week after renewing my live for similar reasons and got zip. I'm still waiting to receive 20 points for a survey I did.
The Quinny magic carpet ride may have landed but the Red Flag will keep on flying high.

I neat bonus I wasn't expecting ...

If you stack prepaid Gold cards onto your account, you get the 200MSP Rewards every year a new card goes into effect.  I thought you had to purchase your Gold membership direct from Xbox LIVE (overpriced), but if you find a good deal on prepaid cards you still get the Rewards.  :)
