God of War Trilogy

Ok so I preordered the God of War Trilogy set a few months back for £110. It is now sold out everywhere and Preorders are being sold for over £300 on ebay. Now I really want the set, and I don't really need the money but £200 profit (approx) is very tempting.

Just wondering what you guys thought?

I wouldnt sell it but then I also dont like trading games. Just think about it. What would you spend your profit on and would it give you more pleasure than GOW

he'd spend his profit on buying God of War from somewhere else, even GTA4 only sold out for a week. Don't be a fool, sell now for lots of moneyz

If something is "rare" then I'm always inclined to keep it. However, "rare" doesn't really exist much anymore.

Limited Edition Modern Warfare bundles are still on store shelves.

Even those Limited Edition Halo 3 Master Chief helmets can be found in stores.

I agree with Failed that the GoW Trilogy may be sold out today ... but probably won't be sold out for long. As long as people are buying them, the publisher will keep making them.

Unless you are an avid collector, I suggest selling the bundle now, and then buy the bundle in a few months when they reissue it.

Another thing worth mentioning ...

I had a conversation with the GameStop Geeks yesterday when I went there to rebuy Mass Effect 1. Apparently some content from God of War 1 & 2 were removed from the new remastered versions.

Why would they do that? As a person that never did play the first 2 games, it almost makes me want to not buy the new shiny versions and get the PS2 originals instead. $:-\$

Well just to let you know I decided to sell, and got 299 quid for it (buy it now). Can't help but feel a little sad though, as it was an awesome set.
