DFUSIONITE

Yay buttons are important, so why bother sticking them on a wand when you already have them on your dual shock? Oh  but wait, look at resi 5 with move, it's so realistic. You hold your 'gun' down by your side to shoot! Just like real life eh?!  ??? You shake it to reload!  ??? If you wanna slash somebody with your knife, you shake it!  ??? It's just so realistic! Fair enough with kinect you don't actually hold anything at all, but at least it tracks your actual body movements and your hands and arms have to be in an actual shooting position.  It Would be cool if they brought out a plastic gun  with a trigger and stuff for kinect so you could actually hold something or plastic rackets, golf clubs, steering wheels etc  like they did with the wii, but even if that never happens the tech is still way better than move. If sony are trying to convince people that a device with full body tracking and speech and facial recognition is crappy (which they are) then they aren't doing a very good job of it, in my experience even people who aren't interested in getting kinect mostly agree that the tech looks really good. Even if i had a ps3 after just seeing the move in action there is no way i would buy it.

PlayStation Move ad poster banned

See that poster there at the bottom of the page? The one advertising PlayStation Move? It's been banned.

The ad received eight complaints that the imagery showed graphic violence, which could be seen as encouraging violent behaviour and deeming it unsuitable for children, reports Campaign (via Kotaku).

Two of the complainants mentioned the game player was white and the computer character being tackled was black, and said the ad might be seen to condone racist violence.

Sony responded by saying the poster was supposed to advertise the controller, not a game.

It also claimed to have "taken steps to ensure that the images were not graphic" and that they did not target or feature children within them.

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) disagreed, and upheld complaints the images in the ad were likely to "condone or encourage violent behaviour," which could cause serious offence to the viewing public and that it was unsuitable for children. It has now been banned.

It did not, however, accept the complaint that the images were depicting a racist attack. The ASA said that while the men featured had "slightly different skin tones," the ad was unlikely to be seen as condoning racist violence.

Idiots!
