Tatsunoko vs. Capcom
« on: July 13, 2009, 06:56:33 AM »
Tatsunoko vs. Capcom will no longer be released for Xbox 360 and PS3, according to the game's producer.

In an interview with VideoGamer.com, Ryota Niitsuma confirmed that the Wii-exclusive was developed specially for the Nintendo platform, so his company feels that a sequel is more viable than a port.

When asked whether the crossover fighter could appear on PSN and XBLA in the future, he replied: "Currently, no, but we would like to see the reaction of the western market when we release the game on Wii.

"The other problem is the game is optimised for the Wii system, especially the graphics features, so if we were to port it to PS3 or Xbox 360 we would have to make the game from scratch, and in that case we might as well just make a sequel of the series on those consoles rather than porting it," he added.

A European release date for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom on Nintendo Wii is yet to be confirmed.

Can't wait for Shenmue 3

I hate jokes that rely on visual imagery.

I've had it right up to here with them.
