A Killzone 2 trophy update has revealed the identity of new multiplayer maps and weapons expected to be made available as DLC.

According to Kotaku, today's Killzone 2 upgrade features new locations Suljeva Cliffside and Arctower Landing - both of which are rumoured to be the names of multiplayer maps.

The trophy update also suggests that a flamethrower and boltgun will be added to the weapons roster, with players awarded for making 10 and 20 kills via each weapon.

Can't wait for Shenmue 3

I hate jokes that rely on visual imagery.

I've had it right up to here with them.

Gonna have to pick up Killzone 2 at some point, it's the only PS3 game i'm considering at the moment, at least until Uncharted 2 comes out.

Charlie's got this on his PS3,and I've had a quick blast online and it is really good. Not played any of the story,so I'll pass judgement, but Chas likes it.
I might get more into this later next month when I'm home recovering from my hospital visit.

Finally saved up for the sex-change?  Congrats.   ;)

I have a shortlist of a few PS3 exclusives I want to pick up (including Killzone), but it probably won't be until next year.  I have a lot of 360 games coming out over the next few months that's going to keep me pretty busy.   :D

No,i've got to go in and have a proceddure on my back where they put needles into the base of my spine and zap the nerve endings for pain relief. Radio frquency devernation I think it's called. I have to have it done about every 18 months, not nice! It's just something I have to live with.

Holy crap, Sarge.

In a few years Skynet is going to approach you with a proposition.  If you accept, you will contribute to the fall of the human race.  But you'll also get to hang out with Christian Bale.  The choice is yours.   8)

Oh my god that sounds awful sarge ???
But if you get to hang out with Christian Bale in the future ;)

My wife has the same operation every 9 -12 months but all over her back!! She broke her spine a few years ago and still suffers terrible pain but the surgery has helped with that. She wishes you good luck though as she knows how painful the procedure can be - she hates having it done!
