Welcome to The Escapist's 2010 March Mayhem: Developer's Showdown, where the top 64 developers go head-to-head to see who is the best. Our elimination style tournament has started and won't end until 1 developer remains and it's up to YOU and visiting communities to determine the outcome of each match-up through voting for your favorite developer! This is an international tournament, so please be kind and courteous to everyone, show them around The Escapist and most of all, have fun! Round 1 begins on March 17th at noon, EST, so tell your friends and be ready to bring the noise for your favorite developers.

Love the cool tournament style for this comp, be intresting to see who wins, my current favourite developer RTW go head-to-head with nintendo, they dont stand a chance so everyone should pity vote them

(RTW currently developing APB which is why i love atm)

It took me over 1/2 hour, but I voted for Round 1.

Some of the pairings made absolutely no sense. Bethesda vs. Pixel Junk?

Nippon Ichi or Tri-Ace FTW !!!
No Tri-Ace but i suppose they could be classed with the parent company Square Enix. Nippon Ichi is in the same group as Rockstar North, Lionhead and Infinity Ward i don't think they're getting far

Despite their odd pairings, it's now down to Valve and BioWare, which is probably where it should have ended up anyway.

I'm a longtime fan of Valve, but BioWare has given me more enjoyment over the past 5 years. I'll be voting for BioWare once voting opens in a few hours.
