OK neato i looked half a dozen time were on steam for any of the games dose it say games for windos live at? 

i usually just look it up on 360achievement.com to see if the game has achievements to determine if it a GFWL

HERE is a list of current & future GFWL titles.  With the exception of some "arcade" games (World of Goo, Where's Waldo, etc.), the retail games available on Steam are GFWL.

There is no way that I know of to search for GFWL titles in Steam.  You have to just know what game you're looking for.  In the descriptions of most (not all), Steam specifies GFWL.
