I am sorry to inform you but in August I will not be renewing the site which means it will disappear. I have no time to keep up with it and it cost around £100 a year to run it. Which isn't a bad price at all, but when I don't have time to use it and it just becomes a chore, then it isn't fun anymore and it's a waste of money.
Your are welcome to take the name and start the community up again if you wish but with six children and studying and just general family life I barely have time for myself.
I am not giving up gaming though so we can still have game nights.

Also I will be gaming less on a Friday night because it seems Friday and Saturday are the only times I get to play my xbox.
One of my children is just not sleeping at night she sleeps for an hour or so, which is leaving me completely shattered. This also kills my passion for anything right now.

I would like to still keep it going but realistically I am just to busy
I know its only April but I think its better to warn you in advance

Thanks for all your help and being part of my community (for 3 years some of you)

Seriously though, I completely understand and respect your decision and i'm sure everyone else will think the same and i'm also sure that we'll keep our happy little home going too, because we are all so awesome

I hope so. I would love someone to carry it on. You know how busy I am Craig especially in the school Holidays. Its just getting harder to keep up

Indeed I do, you're always super busy but obviously more so in the school holidays.

Is there any way of keeping the forums going, even if the main site is shut? I'd be quite happy to contribute some money towards the cost of the site if that helps?

You would have to put these forums on a website. They don't work on their own. There are lots of free forums around though

That answers my question then, if we do just stick to forums, as we spend the majority of our time here, we'll have to look for some good alternatives, these forums are very good so something like this would be ideal.

I agree. I only look at the main site once or twice a month but I'm on here almost every day. I'd hate to lose contact with all you guys, nobody else would put up with my gaming "crapness"
