[July 8 2010] New Site Discussion

I've started exploring the backend (that's what she said) and playing around with site ideas in my spare time.

I hope to eventuallly integrate the front page with the forum so you are not required to have 2 separate logins.  This will make things a lot less confusing and hopefully more welcoming to new members and guests.

Until I figure out how to do this I have routed our main URL (360fahrenheit.com) directly to the forum, which is where we live anyway.

I suggest a clear hierarchy of moderators, i know it's against our genereal community nature to conform to a structure. Just look at our game nights. I think a clearer sense of who's responsible for what etc might help newer members. Perhaps people could be 'lumbered' with specific jobs craig; news and say Rex for 'initiation'

Some sort of advertising/recruiting program and a better way to handle game nights.

Bring back Sunday Horde!

She means me mate, don't worry about it, my constant hating on things that people love have turned people against me, it was only a matter of time before I got to Tara.
