This is awesome!!!

I know Failed said he'd like to be a Captain maybe we could have a few little squads in there, focusing on different things. Tank based squad, air squad. One infantry and one air supporting each other, especially with recon and the soflam for laser marking targets etc etc. I think there's only 4/ 5 of us on the platoon at the mo, only a few played the beta I think.

Anyway that new trailer is excellent.But it does give a feeling of more infantry focus or at least closer quarters.

That trailer made me feel like right now I'm dating the boring half decent looking sister(BFBC2) when I should be sleeping with the smoking hot evil sister(BF3) hahaha. But that was awesome the wait is becoming unbearable this week needs to go by faster.

Also I'd be down for a set up like that. If the Reaper Crew does exist though it would be known for getting sh*t done and I don't care about being Captain I just want to be the member in it known as Reaper lol and the name of it isn't even for my name pleasure it's mainly because we will be bringing death to their faces in the form of bullets rather than a scythe which would be awesome to lol a scythe bayonet.

I was just thinking of names that would shame people when getting killed.

"You were killed by the Bubblegum Crew" would haunt them for days.

I had 2 guys against us in BC2 one was called Chuck Norris and the other one I can't remember but it was a famous name anyway. Kinda funny seeing the names pop up. Bubblegum Crew would be awesome, a crew based around the littlebird.

It would be nice if you can actually get six people on the littlebird in BF3 ,pilot/co-pilot/ 4 on the rails. Now that would be a n epic kill.
6 kills and a vehicle destroyed all in one!! not confirmed and not yet denied we'll see at release but I'd doubt it!

I'm not a serious gamer, i won't be dead serious when playing this game. Expect to see me at various points sniping with a rocket launcher, suicide running a tank through a building and using the defibrelator to death-paddle a few people!!
I'm awesome, so i'll naturally have a positive KD so i can work on being stupid with all the cool toys.

Having played the BETA for an hour, and after today's let down of Dead Island, I dunno whether I can be arsed to get this now. Only game I'm looking forward to now is Batman: AC and I'm getting that for Christmas. I think it's just gonna be Gears 3 for me from now until Christmas

Dead Island was only Â£20, don't let 1 game ruin all the good stuff that's coming out! If Dfuzz ever manages to make it back online, you know we'll be having some good old Battlefield nights.

That's true, but I'm just feeling a bit fed up at the moment. My hour's worth of the BETA just involved me getting killed over and over again, it felt like playing COD instead of Bad Company which I really suck at.

When's Soul Calibur V and Tomb Raider out, they'll cheer me up?

JT's approaching the annual I-Don't-Want-To-Play phase we all go through. I went through mine after grinding for my Gears 2 wings. Give it a few weeks and it will pass.

Maybe, but I only had my sabatical a couple of month's ago. I really should have known better with Dead Island, it was an impulse buy because it was cheap, and the Battlefield BETA was going on just as I'd started Gears 3, I reckon the awesomeness of Gears 3 is making all other games appear pointless!

maybe so, i recently had my annual 'i don't wanna play' but i was fortunate to experience it in the run-up to Gears 3... that broke the hold and i'm back into gaming again. Good job really with the Xmas Mega Challenge coming up.
