Doesn't that make 2-3 games that you couldn't get into last night? Have you tried running the Xbox Live connection test thingy on your 360? Maybe your NAT is restricted or something.

idk i can get into games just fine, but  that party i couldnt get into.

and WTH is NAT settings?

NAT= Network Address Translation     To make it short, its what ports are open for xbox live or whatever service you want to connect to,if the correct ports aren't open then the data has a hard time pinging back and forth between you and the host. Soo go to xbox.com under help and search for how to set nat to open and it should help ya out. You can run the test under system settings/network on your xbox and it will tell you the status of your NAT. If you are running a router then you probably are running moderate or strict, if you are hardwired to the modem then you shouldn't and I "quote" shouldn't have an issue, doesn't mean you can't, just means you are less likely to have an issue. Good luck and if ya need any extra help just send me a message on here or on xbox, be glad to assist you.

That could be your problem there Elle, if there's a lot of walls between you and the router your signal might not be very good. Have you checked the signal strength in your network settings?

this stuffs is too confuzzling for me...

Yea it will be down to your ports on your router and most likely your NAT Settings.
If you have COD MW2 you can check what your NAT settings are set to, just go to multiplayer and it will tell you,im not sure how to check it thru the dashboard since they updated to NXE it used to be easy.

I set up my xbox with DMZ on my router and that sorted the problem for me when i had it, also take at look at xbox.com ports page: http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/nxe/kb.aspx?category=xboxlive&ID=908874&lcid=1033

Suppose i should read my own links :P
Heres how to check thru dashboard

When you test your Xbox LIVE connection, you see a yellow warning triangle which means you have a Network Address Translation (NAT) problem.

citatscEellE

i dont has that my network is fine.
The game is broken :<

Screens or it didn't happen.

Maybe just bad luck that night? Perhaps our Xboxes didn't want to catch any girly cooties.
