Wednesday Theme Night - Music Night (August 25th)

cool, if Fizz is playing then if everyone turns up we will have eight people, just enough for two bands. Fizz will want vocal duties i expect and i want drum duty, so me and fizz just need a bassist and guitarist. Can't wait, i must remember to export those RB1 tracks tomorrow! 

I can do guitar/bass or drums.  I don't have a real mic, just my headset, so vocals are probably out for me.

fizz will be using the headset, i tried it a couple of days ago and it worked fine. saying that oh crap i just realised it won't work as she will be using the headset to chat. Or will it? I'm confused now. If she can't sing she will have no probs jumping on bass i'm sure. then we will need a vocalist and guitarist. We will work it out i'm sure 

only way you can chat while playing RB is when youre on drums (i think) or guitar.
If the singer is in a party, whatever the person sings will not register on rockband, unless singer is not in a party (total fact) headsets do work though..

so from what elle says, as long as me fizz and markav are just in game chat and not a party then fizz can sing and no prob and chat between songs. Good. I am glad markav is in my band, he is a highly experienced plastic guitarist

I'm medium/normal all the way.  I think I played through one of the GH or RB games on hard for the cheevo, but it took all of the fun out of it for me.

Getting a tricky riff spot on becomes very addictive, although "sex on fire" by kings of leon still has me stumped and thats only 3 stars difficulty
