Far better than just slightly better graphics, native 1080p resolution unlike the 360, built in blu-ray, better at upscaling, built in wireless from the outset, only took Microshaft four and a half years to add that, free to play online and some quality exclusives too, the only thing that's missing is Gears of War but that'll soon change.   

360 is pretty good too I suppose.
