Tesco's video-game returns policy?

I finished Fable 3 in a day and a half, which tells me there's not gonna be much replay value in it for me, so I figure I'll try and return it to Tesco's today along with my stupid upscaling DVD player which downscales anything I put into it. Only problem is, I can't get through, no-one at Tesco is answering the phone, so before I potentially waste a trip there,  does anyone have any past dealings with tesco and returning video games? Are they gonna give me problems with it (the game's still in perfect nick aside from not being wrapped anymore) because I can't be arsed with problems today, I'm too tired.

At Argos video games are exempt from the standard 30 day returns policy...not that helps you much.

A mate of mine bought Lego Harry Potter from Tesco a bit ago, tried it & didn't like it so he just told them it didn't work and they swapped it for RDR on the spot, no messing around apparently.

I think they are more likely to exchange it for another game than give a money back refund.

i did a similar thing with a dvd, told them it was faulty, but they just swapped it, technically if goods are faulty they have to refund by law

They won't refund it if it's been opened, but they'll exchange it for a new copy, still wrapped, which I'll then take to Gamestation and say it's an unwanted Xmas present and my poor old Gran lost the receipt and would they be kind enough to exchange it for something I don't already have?
