Actress Felicia Day, star of the blockbuster web series "The Guild" is teaming up with BioWare to create an all-new miniseries based in the Dragon Age universe called 'Dragon Age: Redemption'. Premiering online this summer. Felicia stars as Tallis, an Elven assassin working for the Qunari who gets a last chance at redemption.

My pants ... they're tightening.

Failed

Aquaman looks so bad, it could be good. I might watch the first few just to see ;)

Felicia Day is cute and all, but even she can't salvage the DA2 web series. It looks awful. It is Xena, except the campyness is purely unintentional.

And no hot Lucy Lawless. With her flowing black hair. And ocean blue eyes. Creamy smooth skin. Poured into that impossibly tight leather armor. And her wonderful... *trails off, eyes hazy and mouth agape*.

Even if it has no redeeming quality, there is undoubtedly a rabid obsessive niche audience that will empty their bank accounts if asked by a elven-eared Felicia Day.  That's like 7 different nerd fantasies in 1.

You have a point there. Now if only they could write her into a French Orlain maid outfit they could have covered every fetish possible within the Dragon Age mythology.

Put her in some glasses too, with wings and a wand.

Looks like Capcom's favorite Demon Hunter is headed for a big screen near you...Screen Gems, the studio that brought us the Resident Evil films has recently acquired the rights to the Devil May Cry franchise.

Good news or bad news, sort of difficult to tell right now but Kyle Ward is set to pen the script. Ward is currently working on the Kane & Lynch screenplay, which is set for release in theatres sometime in 2013 - so I wouldn't count on Dante rolling through screens anytime soon.

Hopefully Screen Gems takes its time so as to not muck this one up.
