Luc Besson seems to have a thing for these female vengeance films:

I'm onboard.

Give me a scary seductive femme fatale over a steroid-pumped he-man anyday.   8)

Truth - plus Luc Besson brought us Jovovich in The Fifth Element, which is a plus for his record.

Yep he brought us a supermodel with no acting ability who is still stinking up Hollywood all these years later, cheers Luc, cheers! :-)

I have very fond memories of Jovovich from my teen years.   :-*

However ... I've lost that lovin' feeling.

Sadly, both the Resident Evil film franchise and Mila Jovovich have been bad for eachother.

So who's in the market for a Fire Station and some possible GhostBustin'!?!

Ladder 8 in New York is apparently facing the possibility of closure, due to budget cuts. If Ladder 8 isn't clicking for you, it's the same firehouse used in the Ghostbuster films. So who's up for owning landmark that includes a substantial work area on the ground floor, office space, sleeping quarters and showers on the next floor, and a full kitchen on the top level totalling 10,000 square feet (or more precisely 9,642.55 square feet)?

On a sort of related note ...

A new bar opened in my town recently in a remodelled firehouse.  Drunk people kept sliding down the firepole and getting hurt, so they had to shutdown last week to close the hole.

Who didn't predict drunk people + firepole was a bad idea?   #)
