Clay Carmine looks pretty bad ass in Gears 3 (complete opposite of his brothers), hopefully he's the hard brother and if he dies, actually dies a hero.

He's going to be an unstoppable juggernaut throughout the entire campaign.  Cole is gonna be like, "Damn I wish I was that awesome" the whole time.

Uncharted 2 voice actress Claudia Black is to portray a character in Gears Of War 3, VG247 reports.

Speaking at Epic Games' Comic-Con panel for the title, Black revealed that she has been cast as female COGS Sam Byrne.

Further character announcements were also made during the event. Bernie Mataki from the Gears Of War novels will make an appearance in the game, but the panel refused to comment on whether Alex Brand from the tie-in comics will feature.

Earlier this week, Epic placed the fate of Clayton Carmine in the hands of the public. Design director Cliff Bleszinski promised to give the character a "spectacular" death sequence should fans vote to kill him off.
If you watch this beast mode footage of someone playing as the beserker it shows the name Sam in the corner(50 seconds in), so she will be a playable character and i noticed Tai is still there too
