Beast mode has me totally psyched, can't wait for gears 3.

Same here. From what I've read the game is very nearly finished. This could easily have been released before Xmas. Damn Kinect pushing it back to next year.

MS knew that nobody would even think about buying Kinect if Gears 3 was released in the same week so they "asked" Epic to pick a new release window so as not to get completely trounced by Sony, makes sense.

I am glad it's been pushed back, means i can buy kinect AND get the rest of the cheeves i need on gears 2 (i need a mere 7)

how cool is that-raising money for kids is always a good thing, so maybe next time the bloody critics want to have a go at gamers, games ect, maybe they should take a look at this and realize just how caring the game community can be

I assume they gave Epic a monetary incentive? Bloody Kinnect, I want Gears 3, not some stupid game where I can have a tiger for a pet (or whatever that game is about)!

Maybe if we all write to Epic and say

1) We're not going to buy Kinect
2) We're not going to buy GOW1 and GOW2 on PS3

they'll release it early! I'm sure the voices of millions (or 2) will make them change their minds!
