On a side note: Bobbus was at the games expo in London at the weekend where he played Beast mode, And has taken it upon himself to wind me up about the fact he has played Gears 3 and I have to wait a whole year.

It certainly looks better from the vids we've seen, no doubt it'll play pretty much the same as Gears 2 only with 8 directional rolls and a few changes to the overall movement, I like the idea of weapon swapping between the characters, should work great in co-op.
