I'm most upset, my local GAME from whence I have pre-ordered Gears are no longer opening at midnight, I am most put out, now I'll have to sleep instead!!!

They're only weapon skins, what a waste of money. If they were 400 points they'd still probably be overpriced!!!

Animated Skin Packs cost 320 points each and Static packs cost 240 each.

The 3600MSP is a discounted price too, 37.5% off!

5840MSP for the lot if you bought them all separately!

Just to put this into some perspective, the All Fronts Collection, when released, was 1600MSP, for that we got 19 MP maps and a deleted scene for the campaign, shocking!

Exactly, I can't help but think that somebody's made a blunder with the pricing!

105 skins at 3600MSP works out at just over 34MSP per skin which doesn't sound too bad but not everyone will want every skin, especially as we haven't even got to see them all yet, might get the odd one or two once we've seen them or wait for DOTW or something, the skins are already on the disc too btw!

The season pass is for 4 upcoming DLC's, the first of which is released in November, so maps and campaign stuff most likely.

you also get the liquid metal skins in the season pass. There are some movies for the Rainbow and Plasma animated skins,

People that pre-ordered instore at Gamestation will now get Commando Dom instead of the Savage Grenadier Elite character, online pre-orders will still get the SGE.

Also someone asked Rod on Twitter if all pre-order characters would be available as DLC in the future, he answered with "Sorry, can't talk about that right now."

Let's hope so, when Gears 2 was released, all midnight launch goers were supposed to get a golden hammerburst at Gamestation, we didn't!
