To be honest the hardcore idea might be better for me too. We did alright the other night, so shall we team up JT?

I'm happy to team up and do it on Hardcore Red, I really don't think I'd be any good on Insane. I've no chance of getting every achievement on GOW2 anyway so I'm not too bothered if I don't get the Insane achievement.

Once I've finished it on Normal by myself I'll send you a message.

My problem is getting the time to play, I can't really play much in the week as I work night's, So my main option would be a saturday night, If any one want's to blast throught it on a couple of Saturday night's on either insane or Hardcore then let me know.

Dont bother with Hardcore its pointless. You can get all the points doing insane and the end boss wont be as difficult as Raam

What do you say JT? Shall we just go for insane? With your 7 days straight of Gears 2 you must be becoming a master by now! Plus if we get raped we can always turn the difficulty down.

Well we could try! Will we get the achievement for Hardcore and Insane if we do it on Insane only?

I did a couple more chapters on Normal this morning before coming to work, I'm hoping I should have completed it on Normal by some time at the weekend.

Yeah we will get the hardcore chieve if we finish on insane. I haven't even finished one run through of the campaign yet! I'm about half way through act 3 on Normal. Not sure if I'll get it finished by the weekend. For a start my wife has claimed the TV for most of this evening. To be honest I'm not too bothered about finishing it if we're gonna do co-op. As long as one of us knows what we're doing.

That's the only reason why I want to complete it first, so that I know what I'm doing, especially in the later chapters where it gets harder anyway.

I'll message you at some point at the weekend once I've finished it and then we can organise doing it co-op.

Insane isn't too bad to be honest, I was expecting it to be pretty difficult, there are a few hard parts of course, but it shouldn't cause anyone any major problems & with 2 of you doing Insane it'll be even easier.
