Help w/ Fem. Comm. Shepard armor!

So i decided to be commnder shepard for comic con and PAX East this year. And everything is basically laid out (im almost done making my M8 gun). Except for the armor. It needs to be scaled to fit ME. So now i have 2 qustions...

1. can anyone make a 3D image of a FEMALE Comm. Shepard armor that can be exported to Pepakura?

2. And if not, does anyone know how to scale a image in photoshop to fit a person?

Im just really confused, i've made TONS of props/masks but never a full armor. Ive seen HEAPS of tutorials on making COG, Halo, Iron Man and War Machine armor but nada for Mass Effect.
So if anyone has any info/answers/advice or something it would be much appreciated!

thanks guys! So i have a template for a male armor but not a female one. and all the other peices (boot covers, arm pads etc)
And im seriously thinking about buying  the female one for 1k or something. I really wanna know how its made.
Soo curious its killing me. Im going to look like a UBER TOTAL BOSS in mah outfit

Suprisingly effective ... are those your real boobies. You do know one is blue and one is green. I'd see a specialist.

EVA foam. i just bought a TON of it. i cannot WAIT 8D

its my excited face!! 8D! I cant decide on what color should i use  for the armor. I was thinking a nice purple, grey or Navy. Red,Blue,Black is SO overused..
