I've thrown in a few votes for this Friday ( 24th ) seeing as I'm free this week.  If anybody is up for it then I suppose we can start 9pm GMT and see how we get on.

So is there still going to be a 9pm EST start time in addition to the GMT start time?

Anyone hosting can start whenever they like.  They just need to let everyone know what time they're starting and/or just spam invites to the Community Gamertag friendlists.   :)

Oh! Ok, thanks I wanted to be there but I didn't want to vote for a game and then not be able to play it because of the start time lol. What does hosting one entail, aside from letting everyone know.

That's about it.   ;)

Whenever you want to start a game on Friday night, just pull up a Community Gamertag friendlist and send an invite to everyone online.

If you want to host a Friday Game Night, it's a good idea to have both Community Gamertags on your friendlist to make sending invites easier.  Let me know and I'll squeeze you onto both friendlists ... damn that 100 friend limit.   >:(

Same goes for anyone else wanting to host.  Just post in the Community Gamertag topic that you want to be able to host Friday Game Nights, and I'll add you to both gamertags.  :)

I know so little about parties and groups and invites. :D

From the sound of it, it'd be helpful if Microsoft just let us have communities instead of having to use a gamertag for the purpose of listing people.

even if you can't fit us on both, still send an FR to both community ones, as it awaits approval you can still go through the friend list of both

lol oh idk if I could handle the pressure of hosting a game night. I just wanted to make sure I was aware of what was going on with them so I could play with everyone.

I may be online sometime after Midnight GMT.  The weather here can't make up it's damn mind (hot, cold, rain, repeat), so now I'm sick as a dog.

If I'm online, I'll jump into what you guys are playing, or you're welcome to jump into mine.  Just be warned my throat is too sore to talk, so I'm going to sound like a 90-year-old asthmatic.   :'(
