Games With Gold Brings A World of Keflings and Iron Brigade For Free in November

It looks as though Microsoft is upping its game a little bit with November's Games with Gold offering up a pair of rather enticing Xbox Live Arcade titles to download absolutely free, starting with Ninja Bee's charming A World of Keflings from tomorrow.

Following Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes and Halo 3 for October, Microsoft is offering A World of Keflings on November 1st until November 15th, followed by Double Fine's mech-fuelled tower defence game, Iron Brigade on November 16th until November 30th.

Each game usually sells for $9.99 on the Xbox Live Arcade, but will be available for free thanks to Games with Gold during the designated dates. Luvverly.

Free Xbox games with Gold for December are Gears of War and Shoot Many Robots
Emergence Day re-emerges

Microsoft has unveiled the free Xbox 360 games you'll receive as part of your Xbox Gold subscription in December. Coming up on the 1st December, the original Gears of War. Coming up on the 16th, Xbox Live Arcade blaster Shoot Many Robots.

Shoot Many Robots is a side-scrolling retro affair with co-op support for up to four. Gears of War, meanwhile, is some sort of niche third-person shoot 'em up from Epic MegaGames - kind of like Kill.switch but grittier, with characters reminiscent of the characters from Saber Interactive's Inversion. Good on Microsoft for giving these under-loved gems a bit of exposure, I say.
