I've seen this used so much, I had to look it up.

Teh usage
Along with pwn, teh is a standard feature of leetspeak.[3] Originating from the common typo, it has become conventionalized in a variety of contexts. It is often used ironically,[4] and can be used to mock someone's lack of techie knowledge or skills, as an insult, or to reinforce a group's elitism.[2] It is frequently used to denote mock ignorance of over-used and over-determined concepts (e.g., "long live teh Patriarchy").[5]

Look out Neato, they are mocking you  ;D

or we're mocking the phrase 'you are the awesome' which isn't well worded and would only be used in 1337 speak.... hence 'teh awesome'

The use of "teh" on this forum is ironic, which gives it a double-negative context.

Mocking + Ironic = Compliment   ;)

Give it some time and you'll learn these things.
