Ok guys.  You asked for it.  You got it.

You can now insert YouTube video in your posts.  There is a new YouTube button added to your post toolbar.  Similar to the image or url inserts, simply past the YouTube video address (not the embed code) inside of [youtube ] ... [ /youtube]

YouTube has recently been utilizing 'secure' html for seemingly random video links (https instead of the usual http).  Solution is to simply remove the 's' from https when posting the link.
