How can a game with consistent balancing issues be better? Online is horrendous, atleast in Halo 3 if your being killed it's by someone better than you, not just some cheat or someone with 'host advantage'...

Single Player is just as bad, the first game got it right with no story ..... good, it was just an action game with a strong cover system.

2 they improved cover but ruined it with a shite story that bounces about more than the new World Cup football. Random gameplay elements to 'break up' play ... yet they fealt 'tacked on'. Only saving grace was Horde.

Don't get me wrong, Gears is good.... but it aint great

You can say what you like mate but I much prefer Gears to Halo both on and offline, infact, i'd rather play MW2 than Halo and you all know what I think about that.

For me comparing Gears to Halo is like comparing Pulp Fiction to Gigli, yeah that's how sh*t Halo is.
