i think i'll try for all the riddles on the next playthrough.

After you beat the game and the credits roll, you're placed back on the island to free-roam.  This is the best time (intentionally) to collect any riddles you missed while playing the campaign.

If you start a new game, you'll have to recollect the riddles you already found during your first playthrough.

Nice one neato, i was actually gonna ask you about that, now i don't need too  :)
also do the difficulty achievements stack? I'm playing it on Normal currently & was hoping i'd get the easy & normal achievements together.

They most certainly DO!   ;D  As all games should.   >:(

That's why I played it on Hard.  I got all 3 achievements in one pop.

Hard wasn't really too difficult.  The A.I. is more aggressive, making it harder to get the various "combat" achievements.  But that's ok, I just used the challenge maps to work on those.

The only thing that really gave me grief during the Hard campaign was Poison Ivy.  The strategy to beat her wasn't the problem, it was the fact my hand kept cramping up while frantically pressing DODGE+BATARANG+DODGE+RUN+DODGE+BATARANG ... for 5 minutes straight.  I suppose she has less health on the easier settings, making the task not so long?

Thanks for the info Neato. I'm going to stop worrying about the riddles now and just finish the campaign off. I'll go back and get the riddles in free roam :)

Thank god for the new Tomb Raider, helped me de-stress after a tough week! More of the same please

Failed

You should have used the seduce technique neato and then quickly sprayed her with weed killer.

You're right.  I completely forgot about the bat-seduce-plant-spray.

Oh my god I love this movie. I have lost count how many times I have seen it.

3:43 my favourite riddle

Can't wait for Shenmue 3

I hate jokes that rely on visual imagery.

I've had it right up to here with them.

I didn't find her too hard on Hard neato...... :-\ It's just timing on all of them but you are completely right about the AI.
The number of guys attacking you when you are trying to level a boss or sub boss does make it a lot harder so your combat has to be flawless or you have to get away from them for a break from time to time.

The DLC is ok as well, nothing special and wouldn't have been worth paying for IMO as it's only 2 maps, the predator isn't hard (mostly a matter of simply waiting) and the combat is similar to the scarecrow bonus map except you're allowed to take hits and the psychos are REALLY annoying!

The psychos actually gave me a little chuckle.  I loved waiting for them to run at me, then spear them with my bat claw.  Very amusing to me.   :D

Just completed Arkham Asylum, great game, just gotta finish off the rest of the riddles now, only about 50 or so to get, then if my mate doesn't want it back i'll start on the challenges.

I'm getting very frustrated with the riddler's puzzles. There's two in Arkham North I just cannot find, one seems to be on a platform high up that you have to get to from Arkham East (or West I can't remember) but I've no idea how to get up there. Plus one in Medical that must be in a duct somewhere ('cos it's showing up on the map as being in an area I have't found yet) but I can't find the ducting anyway!!!  >:(

It's easiest to go around in the detective view so you notice all of the items and ducts in Orange if honest.
the medical facility has a few that are not too badly hidden but there are points which link a few areas together instead of taking the main path. some of these have extra dead ends to look through but the vents can be quite high up.

Would help to know more to give you a hand.

Is the missing one in Arkham East the one through the steel bars above the batcave entrance??

If so make your way to the batcave an keep turning around looking for destroyable walls.......

Hi I've found them all now thanks. The last two in Arkham North were in the entrance to the Batcave, I couldn't find my way back there which was why I was getting so frustrated. Thanks anyway.  :)
