No plans for PC Red Dead Redemption

Rockstar Games has ruled out the possibility of Red Dead Redemption coming to PC - for the time being, at least.

"As of now, there are no current plans to bring Red Dead Redemption to the PC platform," reads a statement on RockstarGames.com. "If that should change, we will let you know."

And it could change, of course - Rockstar's previously brought the likes of GTA over to consoles some time after the original release. Breath-holding probably not advisable, though.

Handshakes

I let my buddy borrow my Red Dead Redemption. My plan is that while it is away I will forget about how much I don't like it, then when I get it back it will feel fresh enough for me to finish the singleplayer.

I really enjoyed it but I found some of it was getting somewhat tedious too (Namely having to travel back and forward across the map between missions) , so I've put it down for a while.

I love tedium in games as long as I feel immersed in the experience.  RDR definitely immersed me.  I felt like a cowboy the entire time.

same here mate. I like tedium if i am immersed. I have spent WAY too much time playing horseshoes and poker, hence I'm not even half way through single player yet  ;D

I also feel like a cowboy all the time, in real life that is  ;D

I did spend a lot of time playing poker in the game, I'll give it that. I honestly couldn't figure out how to play horseshoes. It seemed like I could duplicate a shot perfectly but the result and where the shoe would go would always be different.

Maybe a spoiler ahead!

I completed the story yesterday, and well I don't wanna spoil anything, but quite sad ending.
I enjoyed this game and in the end the story ties itself in and makes sense.
Now,gotta get all the other achevos now.
